This is a highly dangerous situation when the hose is released, known as “whiplash,” and can cause serious injury or property damage.
The “BRX SAFETY SYSTEM” is the answer for all those applications requiring a higher-than-standard guarantee. This is achieved through the binding force exerted on the circumference of the hose, produced by the cable collar that constricts the hose by well over 360°, continuously increasing in proportion to the traction force of the double steel cable connected to a fixed point on the machine or fitting; this action occurs when the hose is disconnected.
It is easily assembled with a few intuitive steps and functions perfectly in any working condition. It is resistant to angles, transverse tractions, or other situations that could compromise traditional systems, such as transverse whiplash.
The “BRX SAFETY SYSTEM” means inventory is more than halved. In fact, to cover a range of hose outside diameters from 15 to 90 mm, only 7 or 8 types of cable are needed, as its dynamic loop allows for adjustment for use on multiple diameters, a feature previously unavailable on the market.
